Q - Out of stock items - can I still buy it?

Products show as “out of stock” when we have sold out. We will announce the arrival of new stock through posts on Instagram and our Newsletter. Please subscribe.

Q - Collection – I live locally, can I collect it from studio1+1?

Yes. When you add an item to your Shopping Cart you can select Click and Collect option under Delivery Methods. You will find our full address, opening hours and how to find us on our contact page.

Q – Can I commission a painting?

Q- What canvas do you use?

We use high quality canvas for all our paintings. Our medium to large canvases are Loxley “Chunky” Superior Canvases with wooden cross-strut stretchers for strength. All artworks are original and not reproductions/giclee prints on canvas.

Q- Is your tableware range dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes. The tableware is made from a high fired stoneware clay and is safe to put in the dishwasher and microwave. However, hand washing would be the preferred option as dishwasher chemicals can be harsh on glazed surfaces over time.

Q - Do you offer art classes?

Yes. Valerie offers painting and print making classes on a regular basis. Please subscribe to our Newsletter for updates. Class sizes are limited to 6x maximum on a first come first serve basis.

Q- Do I have to pay custom duty?

As a business based in N.Ireland we currently operate under “Northern Ireland Protocol” regulations. Delivery of goods to the EU from N.Ireland are therefore exempt from customs duty. Areas outside of the EU may be charged a duty. We are not responsible for any customs due. Please contact your regional Customs Authority for information.
